Go Nyod , the Tibetan name for Caraway herb, is a spice that traditionally used in most of the Tibetan and Himalayan households for centuries. It grows wild in the fields lake and riverside of High altitude areas like in Tibet, at Ladakh, Spiti and Many in High  Himalayan areas.
