CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We understand the value of your time, effort and comfort in making purchases and have therefore mentioned the cancellation & refund policy.
CANCELLATION BY SITE / CUSTOMER
A customer might cancel an order within 12 working hours since the order has been placed. In no situation will the customer be allowed to cancel an order post confirmation of an order by our team.
We want you to understand that our products are made fresh. Once the order is confirmed it moves into production, which cannot then be reversed.
RETURN & REFUNDS
*Generally all fresh produce once delivered cannot be returned.
For products shipped by us we will gladly accept the return of packages only if a customer intimates Tibetfoods.com’s team within 12 hours post delivery of the product. Please note on account of hygiene reasons some products are not eligible for returns.
Refunds will be processed through the same online mode within 7 working days. Refunds will be done after deducting transaction charges.
